I have a balance due on my date. How can I pay?

For all events, we accept cash, checks, or charge cards. Checks, money orders, and cashier's checks are accepted if received by us at least 15 days in advance of your event. All balances due the day of your event must be paid in cash (preferred) or by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards incur a 4% STC charge; however, we waive the 4% charge for initial deposits.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, of course. Alcohol is allowed in any limousine, specialty car, or limo bus. All vehicles are equipped with coolers and ice. Alcohol is NOT permitted in sedans or non-stretch vehicles. The legal definition is that there must be a divider between the chauffeur and the passengers.

No red wine is allowed due to the staining possibilities. Remember, you are in a moving vehicle, and it is not the chauffeur's fault if he hits the brakes and you spill your beverage. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. If at any point a minor is in possession of alcohol or appears intoxicated, the service will be terminated immediately, and parents must come and take charge of the minor. If a parent is not available, the local police will be called, and the entire group will be discharged from the vehicle. If at any time anyone possesses any illegal drugs, the trip will be immediately terminated. If there is any dispute at all, the police will be called.

Can we smoke in the vehicle?

No. All of our vehicles are non-smoking.

Can we eat in the vehicle?

Yes. For any food that is brought into the limo, you are responsible for any additional cleanup fees associated with damage or cleanup above and beyond the norm (i.e., sweeping and vacuuming). Certain foods that can cause major stains, such as pizza, are not allowed. If you choose to bring sandwiches or similar food into the limo, it is in everyone's best interest that you do not bring ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and similar condiments to avoid any additional cleanup fees. If additional cleanup is needed, a $275 soil fee will be charged.

How much do I need for a deposit?

A credit card is required for deposits on airport services. For all weddings, proms, bachelor(ette) parties, concerts, point to point services, and hourly charters a deposit of 50% is required when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made in writing, either by email, fax, or registered letter. All deposits are nonrefundable. Wedding and prom cancellations must be submitted in writing by certified mail at least 30 days prior to the date of service, or the full balance on the contract is due.

Can I change/downsize/upsize the vehicle on my contract?

Yes. Your original deposit will go toward the new amount of deposit for that vehicle.

Is there a charge for waiting time?

We always allow up to a 15-minute grace period to load luggage or gather your group together. After 15 minutes, you will be billed in half-hour increments for waiting time, starting at the original pickup time.

Do additional stops cost extra?

For hourly packages, such as weddings, there are no additional charges for extra stops. For airport transfers and point-to-point transfers, additional stops cost extra. The rates will be determined based on the distance between stops or the amount of extra time they consume. Call us for more details.

What if we decide we want the car for a longer period of time?

As long as the vehicle isn't scheduled to be somewhere else, we will gladly extend the length of your event. This is completely dependent upon scheduling. The best rule is to schedule for as long as you feel you may need the vehicle. Note that there is no refund for unused time, so being punctual counts.

What if someone throws up or damages the interior/exterior of the vehicle?

The passenger making the reservation is responsible for the entire group. Any damages are the responsibility of the individual renting the limousine, as are any legal fees and court costs associated with trying to collect. Cleanups involving professional carpet shampooing, such as for vomit, START at $275. Rips and tears START at $200. The final total will be assessed after billing is received and lost time is figured. Other damages will be billed in full, including lost time and any travel back and forth to coachbuilders if needed.

What is your policy on abusive customers?

Abusive customers will not be tolerated. Our goal is to provide you with safe, dependable transportation. Any abuse of the chauffeur or the vehicle will not be tolerated. As the contract explains, if there is any mistreatment of your chauffeur or vehicle, he/she will cancel the service, and there will not be any refund.
